A few dancers three or four begin crouched, as small as possible some where on the stage. The begins with little movements, then humming. Like a birth or creation. It should seem like the first time. then the humming comes together, be it one note, a harmony or a tune. or maybe a progression through the three.
the dancers can then explore the space... somehow.... and then i imagine that their noise making stops they reach out their hands open there mouths and...... cue the orchestra. seriously. then we could play with the mouth shutting and the music stopping. symbolizing sporadic and complicated creation.
i am interested in involving Simon as "the director". making him the divine presence, dictating the creation. then what is tech.? nature?
